Prisma Colored Pencils are the best of the best. Students in art and photography have used them for various projects. The project they were used for above was the Prisma Color Photograph. Each student chooses a photo and sprays it with Vellum spray. This creates a thin layer which acts as the paper for the colored pencils. This Vellum protects the photo.
